Project Funding

The Center for Teaching and Learning Mathematics is a center at the University of Northern Iowa that is primarily funded through various grants and contracts.  

The Making Sense of Mathematics and Teaching professional development courses were funded through Math and Science Partnership grants through the Department of Education, Department of Defense Education Activity awards, Iowa Mathematics and Science Education Partnership awards, and funding through the University of Northern Iowa.

The Teaching Mathematics for Struggling Learners professional development courses were funded through a Math and Science Partnership grant through the Department of Education. 

The Video Resources as well as the Summer Camp and After School resources were developed under a subaward through the Military Impacted Schools Association under the Department of Defense Education Activity organization.
